Your Journey to a Better Relationship Starts Here
When your relationship is struggling, it doesn’t stay contained to one part of your life. It affects your mood, your confidence, your parenting, your work, your sleep, your sense of peace, and the way you see yourself and your partner.
- Every conversation feels like it turns into a fight.
- You feel more like roommates than partners.
- You miss the friendship, affection, and ease you used to have.
- You feel disconnected emotionally, physically, or sexually.
- You want to communicate better, but you keep getting stuck in the same painful cycle.
- You feel lonely in the relationship, even though you are not technically alone.
- You keep wondering, “How did we get here?”
You remember what it felt like before things got this hard. That version of your relationship is not gone. It just needs a way back. Many couples come to therapy feeling unsure of where things went wrong.
- You may still love each other, but feel distant.
- You may want closeness, but not know how to reach for it anymore.
- You may miss the emotional intimacy, the sexual connection, the affection, the laughter, and the sense of being on the same team.
Couples Therapy & Sex Therapy can help you slow down the patterns that keep pulling you apart and begin rebuilding the connection, trust, honesty, and intimacy your relationship needs. When you seek help, you are choosing to invest in yourself, your relationship, and the people who matter most to you.
Welcome to the beginning of your next chapter.
We’re So Happy You’re Here!
Meet Brian Cooper, MA|LPC|NCC
Couples and Sex Therapist - Rochester, Mi
Hi, I’m Brian. I help couples and individuals who feel disconnected, are stuck in recurring conflict, are navigating broken trust, or are struggling with intimacy and sexual concerns. Together, we work toward greater understanding, more honest communication, and healthier relationships that feel safer, closer, and more fulfilling.
I’m deeply passionate about this work because I believe our relationships shape so much of how we experience ourselves and the people we love. It’s easy to fall into protective patterns—defending, withdrawing, pursuing, avoiding, or simply trying to keep the peace—even when those patterns take us further away from the connection we truly want. In therapy, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion while creating space for the complexity and nuance of your story and the experiences that have shaped how you show up today.
I believe meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to be honest, courageous enough to look at our patterns, and are supported enough to make more intentional choices. You don’t have to stay stuck in the same cycles. Whether you want to reconnect with your partner, rebuild intimacy, or develop a stronger relationship with yourself, we can work together toward greater authenticity, deeper connection, and lasting change—because better relationships can lead to a better you.
